Here are some general questions and answers to Fireworks! More to come!

Q: Do you sell Cherry Bombs,  M-80's, quarter-sticks or silver salutes?
A: NO! M-80's were made illegal by the Child Protection Act of 1966 in all 50 states. Why, you ask? Because they are very dangerous. This article from the Consumer Product Safety Council (CPSC) gives an explanation of consumer fireworks regulations.

Q: Do you have the good stuff? Things that go up in the air?
A: We carry a full line of firecrackers, bottle rockets, roman candles, aerial tubes & reloadable artillery shells, cakes & multi-shot aerial displays, helicopters, missiles and parachutes.

Q: How old do I need to be in order to purchase?
A: You need to be 18 years or older and have Out of State issued I.D. for our aerial/explosive fireworks
Sparklers and novelty items require the age of 16 years or older

Q: Are you open year-round?
A: Yes we are! Both store locations are open 7 Days a week, year-round to provide you with the convenience of getting fireworks when you want! No appointments needed!

Q: Do you ship fireworks?
A: No we don't do any type of shipping! All purchases must be picked up in person.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Payment methods include cash & all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). We do not take any type of checks!

Q: I live in Pennsylvania, can I obtain a permit?
A: You can, please see the "PA Permit" section on our website for more information. Also, please speak to a local official about your town's rules and regulations on what type of fireworks you are permitted to use.

New Jersey Law prohibits the transportation, sale, possession or use of fireworks in New Jersey without a valid permit. The laws of New York prohibit the possession and use of fireworks without an appropriate permit. By possessing and using fireworks in New York without proper permitting, you could be subject to arrest and prosecution.
Pennsylvania residents may not purchase without proper permits.
Must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. Valid driver's license is required for purchase.
